In rfa part 2 Jim refuses to give up the listener to trade and it starts an argument between them to whether let the listener go and save the other and the president, why did they tried giving up the listener or it sounded like it?

I think they were just talking it out with the thought, “holy shit if we fuck this up, the president is dead” in their minds. I don’t think after discussion that they would’ve just abandoned her or anything like that. They were trying to figure out if they could use her ability to understand them to get them in a better position to bargain, things like that. When it came down to it, none of them would’ve been okay with sending her off alone. Good question!

Ok so I’m guessing that Brian is from the south due to his accent so how would he react if the listener used to do rodeo?

Yes he is. And I think he’d be delighted.

Is Emerson one of those dads where the listener gets a bf or gets married or even talking to a guy he gets all protective and sets rules for them?

I think the instinct is there. I would hope that he or one of the other guys would rein it in a bit, because she is her own person!

Don’t know if this has been asked before, but how would the RFA boys react if the listener got injured, possibly fatally, while trying to protect them? Or is that spoilers?

They’d be very distraught and try to do what they could to protect her.

They’re very close friends and give each other shit all the time.

That’s ok! It was an issue of timing. I needed the voice parts in by a certain date, and two of the actors weren’t able to make that deadline. No hard feelings. But THIS is why I refuse to set a date for Aliens 3. I didn’t want that to happen again.

Because they all piled on top of her to protect her from the blast.

They’d feel very cared for.

That varies for each of them. I’ll have to think about that.

What would the RFA body do if the listener's house burned down in the LA fires?

They’d go to her and comfort her. Emerson would be out there joining in the firefighting. Alex and Linus would probably also be out there volunteering their skills. They’d bring her into whoever’s base was closest and look after her.

What state is the RFA series set in?

I kind of leave it vague, since it’s really an alternate reality. ^_^ I kinda picture part 1 taking place in NYC personally. And then part 2 would probably be in Virginia.

I apologize if this is obtuse, but to clarify, in RFA 1 and into 2 we have a gash on our shoulder along with a mark in that area, and then other injuries that are not specified? I'm trying to imagine what kind of crud we went through with the aliens and how that physically affected us. 🙂 hence the ask. Thank you!

I don’t specify all of the injuries. Leaving some things up to your imagination. And remember, she’s healing as she goes along.

They’d take care of her and get/administer medical help immediately.

I Just wanted to know If the three boys that Got picked for coming with us, are Like a romantic choice? Like will there be more intimide scenes with them or Not?
